Toysmith Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

At Toysmith, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently.

Domestic Orders (U.S.):
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
  • For B2B customers, bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
International Orders:
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.
Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Returns & Exchanges

Toysmith aims to ensure that every order meets your expectations.

Eligibility:
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days.
  • Other Returns (DTC only): If you're a consumer and wish to return an item for other reasons, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
Return Process:
  1. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@toysmith.com or call 1-800-356-0474 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
Refunds & Credits:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For B2B accounts, credit may also be issued toward future purchases.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges:

Exchanges for defective or damaged items are processed promptly. For size, color, or item changes (DTC), follow the return process above and place a new order.
