Toysmith Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
At Toysmith, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently.
Domestic Orders (U.S.):
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
- For B2B customers, bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
International Orders:
- Shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Toysmith aims to ensure that every order meets your expectations.
Eligibility:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days.
- Other Returns (DTC only): If you're a consumer and wish to return an item for other reasons, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at hello@toysmith.com or call 1-800-356-0474 with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
Refunds & Credits:
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- For B2B accounts, credit may also be issued toward future purchases.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for defective or damaged items are processed promptly. For size, color, or item changes (DTC), follow the return process above and place a new order.
