Resale Policy

Effective September 1, 2019

By placing an order on toysmithtoys.com, Customer agrees it will not, directly or through distributors, market, advertise, promote, sell or distribute the merchandise to Amazon, Walmart.com, or any "pure play" internet retailers.

Toysmith is the exclusive authorized representative of the 4M brand in the United States and Toysmith continues to invest significant resources to protect its network of dealers, distributors, and customers. By safeguarding its products’ manufacturing quality, supply chain, and customer support, Toysmith ensures that it will continue to provide high levels of quality and customer support. It is for these reasons that Toysmith does not permit its retailers to resell through secondary online marketplaces, including but not limited to, amazon.com, walmart.com, ebay.com, or any other online website other than those that its retailers own.

In accordance with this policy, customers found in violation will be required to remove said listing(s) immediately. Failure to comply with said policy will jeopardize your retailer relationship with Toysmith and may subject you to liability for damages.
