Sumner, Washington (March 15, 2010) – Toysmith, a leading specialty toy
and gift company, is
pleased to announce it has finalized a distribution agreement with Pin
International. Effective
immediately, Toysmith is now the exclusive Distributor of the PinToy® brand
of products for North America.
The Pin Company has been designing and manufacturing
high quality award-winning wood toys for more than 23 years. The PinToy line covers a wide range of popular
products for children and families - -including toys, baby products,
children’s games and gift items.
PinToy® products are made in Thailand using rubberwood from latex plantations. The trees are cut to make room for
replanting when they no longer produce enough latex. The wood is recovered
as a by-product. Environmental
studies show that rubber plantations can be as efficient as natural forests
in removing carbon-dioxide from the air, by converting it into rubber
latex, soil and wood-making rubberwood - - an eco-friendly
resource.
Toysmith will begin shipping the PinToy® products
starting in June, 2010. Some of the
